Users are responsible for entering correct phone numbers, meter numbers, smart card numbers, and other transaction details.

5. Failed Transactions & Refunds

Where a transaction fails and payment is confirmed, MASKAWASUB will investigate and process valid reversals where applicable.

Refunds are not available for successfully delivered services purchased with incorrect details supplied by the user.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions.
• Money laundering or fraudulent transactions.
• Using stolen payment instruments.
• Attempting unauthorized access to our systems.
• Uploading malicious software or viruses.
• Automated scraping or abuse of APIs.
• Impersonation or identity fraud.

7. API Usage

Developers using MASKAWASUB APIs must protect API credentials, comply with security requirements, and avoid activities that negatively impact platform performance.

API access may be suspended without notice where misuse is detected.

8. Service Availability
